Mental:

The major mental effect that acne has is that your view of the world can change and the innocence that you once had can change within a few months. When the extra hormones kick in your mood changes and what you viewed once to be so perfect changes in your eye. Having this effect reiterated within your mind over and over again will change your overall mental state. Mentally this is not good because if you once viewed something as pure and natural is now viewed as evil or dark. 

Physical Appearance

This is the most important effect that acne may have on your mind. Since acne breakouts can occur all over your mind like your face, back, chest and even lower abdominal, you may be the victim to harsh bullying and your relationship may with the opposite sex may change instantaneously.
