4 Foods That Will Help Control Your Acne

Acne a phase which starts during puberty can have a dramatic effect on ones life. This phase which normally starts during the ages of 13-25 bring out many internal chemical changes especially hormonal. Over time there have been many advances in medicine and science which have not only provided a better insight to what causes pimples but what can be done to cure acne breakouts. Instead of using this time to talk about acne medical treatments, I will like to take this time to discuss foods that can actually decrease acne occurrences.

Here are 4 important foods that can help balance, cure and even stabilize acne breakouts.

Lean Proteins

These includes foods such as chicken and fish. Lean proteins actually decrease the production of skin cells oils which are normally produced by skin enzymes. Over production of skin oils will end up at the skins surface causing acne breakouts at the surface of the skin. Incorporate black beans, tofu and chicken into your diet.

Vitamin A Foods

These foods are great because they flush out bacteria from within the blood stream. If the bacteria and toxins are flushed out of the system, they would be transported to the surface of the skin. Foods which are rich in vitamin A include chicken, broccoli, carrots and several other vegetables.

Garlic

Many people are not aware that garlic can boost your metabolism and this can keep your immune system battling the bacteria and virus which invades your body. Remember, that some of this bacteria can invade your skin causing severe acne breakouts. It is proven that a clove of garlic in the morning is more than enough.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are foods that include strawberries, blue berries, etc. These foods allow for healthy growth of skin cells and cleanse the body of bacteria which is in the skin.

A full list of foods that can help cleanse your system of bacteria and promote health skin cell growth can be found in the acne no more system. Please read our acne no more review.
